Receive incoming carrier packages. Verify delivery counts. Scan package barcodes into the Intra EDU database and assign recipients (students or faculty). Assign packages to a shelf or cart for storage.
Send email and/or text notifications to each recipient (student or faculty).
If delivering to faculty, deliveries are added to courier mobile devices via ToDo lists. Route accountability ensures the most expedient route is detected.
For faculty, couriers transport the packages to their desk or department. For students, scan their ID badge to identify packages ready for pick-up. Collect a signature for proof-of-delivery.
Create and view a variety of reports via charts and individual item detail. Export reports to a CSV or PDF file. Setup reports to generate and send automatically to specific users/groups.
