CAN I USE INTELLIGENT LOCKERS WITH INTRA FOR TOUCHLESS DELIVERY?
Yes, by utilizing intelligent lockers, employees and students can pick up packages at their convenience, without the hassle of continuously having to replace combinations and keys and work within the parameters of traditional office hours.
HOW CAN I USE INTRA FOR TOUCHLESS DELIVERY?
Employees and students can swipe or scan their ID cards at mailroom kiosks to see if they have any packages available for pick-up. They can also define where they want the packages delivered.
HOW DO I DELIVER MAIL FOR EMPLOYEES THAT WORK FROM HOME?
Two workflows would work here-the first is address forwarding. Have employees submit their forwarding address so you can automatically forward any mail or packages they receive. The second would be the digital mail workflow. Take pictures of all incoming mail and packages and have the employee decide their handling preference (i.e., scan, recycle, pick-up, or send to home).
